Pasta termoconduttiva prodotta dalla nota società americana Dow Corning. La 340 e’ una pasta siliconina adatta all’uso con sistemi di raffreddamento estremi, quali phase change, sistemi a cascata, con tolotti a ghiaccio secco o azoto. La particolarità della pasta Dow Corning 340 è la liquidità anche a basse temperature a differenza di altre importanti marche, che hanno paste ceramiche o a base d’argento. la pasta viene fornita in tubetto da 145 gr.
